After gaining 5 years of experience in ecommerce at an online office supply retailer, Jeremy soon realized all of the conversion hurdles that retail websites were unintentionally giving their users and the opportunity that presented itself with optimizing those experiences. With a skill set focused around user experience design that includes web analytics, marketing, and content management, Jeremy joined Trinity Insight in April of 2011 as a Senior Conversion Analyst. Since joining Trinity Insight, Jeremy has enjoyed uncovering the challenges that present themselves with clients’ websites and creating and testing solutions to improve the user experience.

Scott Touchette is the Director of Technology at Summit Sports LLC and has been with the company for over 12 years.
